Class Actions: How to Win the Battle of the Experts

While class action lawsuits are an efficient way to resolve the claims of numerous parties, there is no such thing as a simple class action for judges. Thanks to evolving standards from recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings, attorneys on both sides may have to engage experts earlier and work harder to present their version of the case merits to get a judge to rule the way they want.
